Regretfully since there is no way to secure an Eve channel against this form of channel invasion and spam flooding we have had to take "la maison" channel offline. Jericho Fraction offers our apologies to the many patrons and regulars of "la maison" over the past few months, it has been an excellent place to meet and chat and discuss the matters of the day in a civilised IC environment but with the advent of the Foresaken Empire war it is clear that no tactic will be consider too low or too base for our enemies to exploit and utilise.
This war has seen its first casualty ... and though the Foresaken Empire was unable to claim much in the way of military success they have repeated their old talents of destroying IC environments and flooding such places with destructive repetitive spam posting to the detriment of all.
Its a clear sign of the standards that Foresaken Empire adhere too, and more than ever convinces us that Evolution and Moo corporation are entirely right to target the Foresaken empire for total destruction.
They deserve no less.

You weren't kicked from channel mongo. You were asked to behave. Clearly the chatlog shows you ignoring that and filling the screen with endless repetitive chat flooding. Don't tell lies Mongo. You always get found out.

I think everyone knows the difference between a kick and a gag Mongo (that said you did seem to bypass the Gag command quite effectively) My concern is your apparent inability to tell the truth even in small issues. Kick/Gag etc. Since your recall is so inexact why should anyone have any faith in your wider suppositions exactly?
Still this is by the by.
You repetitively copied and posted destructive spam to sabotage an IC roleplaying channel. Which you admit "was done for revenge" for a gagging order made by the Channel owner "me".
Do you contest my right to do what I want as the channel op for my own channel?
Do you believe you have the right to ruin a roleplaying environment for players that like that kind of thing?
I am interested in your answers. But if you won't provide them then lets see the chips fall where they may.

You were gagged for being disruptive abusive in an IC channel meant for civilised debate and conversation. The channel owner chose to gag you for a period. You bypassed the gag and returned to gain "revenge" ... your "revenge" was to repetitively paste pages of spam in the channel until the channel owner was forced to invoke corp tag only.
Thats exactly what happened.
I really don't see how you can defend your actions in that context.
I think anyone with a modicum of sense can see you acted like a distruptive child.
Its pretty clear.
